| CAMPING |
| Tent Camping is allowed at several
designated sites on the Farm. 1) The Main Farm Pond; 2)
The Hang Glider Look out Area; 3) The New Pond when
finished July 2003; and 4) the Glen by the falls at the
Point when completed July 2003. Please schedule your
event and make a reservation for camping or family outing
to be sure it does not conflict with other leaseholders.
Enjoy the scenery and remember to leave the land in
better condition than the way you found it. Guests may
camp when accompanied by a leaseholder. The one-day guest
fee for camping is each leaseholder's responsibility. |

| The annual father/son campout in June is
a leaseholder and guest event; there is a per-family fee
for camping for all, leaseholders or guests, of $15 per
family on this day only. This fee is used to defray cost
for set up and clean up of this popular event. No
additional guest fees are collected for this event. |
