Hunts are handled through Corporate Leaseholders in which
case the normal leaseholders rates apply or must be for
out of town guests reserving for 2 days minimum stay
using our Owner's Cabin booked and paid in advance of the
season. These hunts are packaged at room, board,
guide and hunt all-inclusive |

| MAY TURKEY HUNTS Hunters
arrive between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM the night before
hunting to check in to the Preserve and get their room
assignment. 4 Hunters booking together may reserve the 2
semi private rooms exclusively. Dinner is served at 6:30
PM the first and second night in our Clubhouse. Your
guide serves breakfast in the Cabin the following
morning. Your Turkey hunt guide then takes you on your
first day hunt. The hunt ends for the day at the noon
hour and lunch is served at the Clubhouse for you and
your guide. You may fish in our trout pond or the
afternoon or shoot Sporting Clays after 2:00 PM at extra
cost. Check out is 2:00PM the final day. Cost for May
Turkey is $750 per person. For the 2 days you may
shoot 1 Tom Turkey per day. All turkey hunting requires a
New York State License and tag per bird. We can arrange
taxidermy shipping and handling for you at extra charge. |

| FALL Pheasant or Quail Hunts
Hunters arrive between 11:00 AM and Noon the first
day to check in to the Preserve and get their room
assignment. 4 Hunters booking together may reserve the 2
semi private Rooms exclusively. Lunch is served at Noon
the first day in our Clubhouse where you meet your Guide.
after lunch warm up on our practice clays field before
your first afternoon hunt. The hunt ends for the day at
4:30 PM and Dinner is served at the Clubhouse for you and
your party at 6:30 PM daily. Breakfast is served the
following morning. Your guide picks you up and you are
taken hunting until noon when you return for lunch. At
2:00 PM your guide returns to take you for the after noon
hunt till end of day. Your Final day, breakfast is served
in the clubhouse. You hunt the morning and return for
lunch. Check out is at 2:00 PM. You may fish in our trout
pond or shoot Sporting Clays after checking out of your
room at extra cost. The Cost is $1,750 per person to
book for either Pheasant or Quail. For each Hunter
all inclusive, you may shoot and kill 50 pheasants or if
quail hunting 100 quail, which we will clean and pack,
for your trip home. |

| OCTOBER Bow Hunts for White Tail
Deer Hunters arrive between 11:00 AM and
Noon the first day to check in to the Preserve and get
their room assignment. 4 Hunters booking together may
reserve the 2 semi private Rooms exclusively. Lunch is
served at Noon the first day in our Clubhouse where your
guide meets you discussing preserve rules. After lunch
before your first afternoon hunt you can use our bow
range. For each hunt your guide takes you to your stand
and gets you at lunch and the end of day. Dinner is
served at the Clubhouse for you and your party at 6:30 PM
daily. Breakfast is served in the Clubhouse the following
morning. Each hunt you may reserve a separate area. Your
Final day, breakfast is served in the Clubhouse, you hunt
the morning, and return for lunch. Check out is at 2:00
PM. You may Book a Pheasant Hunt at extra cost for after
checking out of your room. The Cost is $750 per
person to hunt deer with bow. For the 2 days
all-inclusive, you may shoot 2 doe White Tail and one
Quality Deer Management Buck 8 points or better providing
you have the proper tags. There is a $100 fine for
shooting a small buck with bow. |
