HUNTING LEASES |
| |
| Social
Leases: Leases for preserve
access are called social leases. Guests wishing to use
the preserve primarily for summer activities like dog
training, for short hunting stays, to take wing-shooting
lessons and shoot Sporting Clays or join our continental
shoots get social leases in order to participate and make
reservations. Social leases pay a higher cost per hunting
activity than hunting, wild wings, and corporate
leaseholders. The fees are indicated on our schedule. All
social leases have 6 rounds of sporting clays on our
green course pre-paid. In addition they pay leaseholders
rather than true guest rates on additional Sporting
Clays rounds after the first 6. This makes the
hunting lease very affordable for those wishing to shoot
sporting clays at Whaleback. |
| |
| Social leaseholders may also purchase
Put and Take Pheasants, Chukar Partridge and at higher
prices than our Hunting, Wild Wings, or Corporate Upland
leases. |
| |
| The fee for social leases now is $200
if paid by Aprill 30thth 2003, there after
$250 per year in 2003, 2004, & 2005. No Pro-rata is
available on the social lease. Those upgrading to full
hunting leases receive credit of the Social Lease payment
against the up-front lease fee. |
