Whaleback Camping Cabin Rental Fees

Times and Rates for leaseholders only: Costs are based upon the day of the week you take the Camping Cabin for overnight and all base prices are for 1 up to 4 occupants from the same party. Additional charges are levied for loft usage for 5 total occupants. There is a $50 sur-charge for any Sunday Night or for Holidays or Opening Day of seasons for all hunting. Rates are set and available on a first come first served basis to our leaseholders only. Please consult the Table before requesting your reservation. All reservations are pre-paid by credit card or not booked until paid.

WEEK NIGHTS: Occupancy for 1 to 4 people from the same party reservation @ $160 per night for each night reserved. Add $45 for each additional person up to maximum of 6.

WEEK ENDS: Friday and Saturday nights occupancy for 1 to 4 people from the same party reservation @ $180 per night for each night reserved. ADD $45 for each additional person up to maximum of 6.

SURCHARGES FOR: Holidays, any Sunday Night or any Opening Day: May Turkey, September Birds, or October Bow or November Deer, or is $50 and is billed at the 6 person rate @ $320 total.

Included in the use of the Camping Cabin are the following: Locked front door & 2 bedrooms & loft, heated space, The extra Loft bedroom has 2 single beds & powder room. Towels, soaps, and hand towels are provided. Bring your own linens or sleeping bags. The kitchen is set up for 6 people with range, sink, and 30-gallon ice chest. It is designed for Continental Breakfast coffee & snack purposes. A small siting area and 2 decks for out side pick-nicks are available. You should bring a flashlight for nighttime bathroom visits. You should bring ice for refrigeration. The Clubhouse serves main meals ordered in advance. All electricity is by generator and turned off at 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.

All Hunting, Wild Wings, and Corporate leaseholders receive two free nights during the year but not during gun season for deer.
